2. Products

Memo sells personalized physical products with optional digital content, including but not limited to personalized magnets with uploaded photo and/or video.

Because our products are personalized, each item is made specifically for the customer.

3. Orders

An agreement is formed when:

• you place an order;
• payment is successfully completed;
• you receive order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of fraud, abuse, or technical errors.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices shown are in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before purchase.

5. Shipping & delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe shown on the website.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• carriers
• customs
• incorrect customer information
• force majeure

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Customer uploads

You are responsible for all content uploaded by you.

By uploading content, you confirm:

• you own or may legally use it;
• it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

We may refuse content that is unlawful, offensive, or technically unusable.

7. Right of withdrawal / returns

Because Memo products are personalized and made to customer specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders, in accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law regarding custom-made products.

This means personalized products cannot be returned or cancelled after production has started, unless:

• the item arrives damaged;
• the item is defective;
• the wrong item was delivered.

If there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

8. Defects & complaints

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@memogift.nl with:

• your order number
• description of the issue
• photo evidence

We will assess the issue and provide a suitable solution.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, branding, product designs, and materials are owned by Memo unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without permission.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for:

• indirect damages
• loss of data
• emotional interpretation of uploaded content
• service interruptions beyond reasonable control

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time.
